Landscaping Update – Turf Spraying
Miser will be spraying all turf on Monday 3/22/2021. Please make sure the fence gates are unlocked. IF it’s raining on Monday – we will then spray on Tuesday or the next dry day – – – – it’s important that the gates are unlocked so we can spray the back yards

Fence Guidelines
The fence request should be made through the architecture change request form found here. Patriot Bluffs HOA – Architecture Change Request (jotform.com) For a fence the following should be provided:
- A survey or property line diagram showing where the fence would be installed.
- A photo of the proposed fence style.
- Start and finish dates (close estimates are ok)
In general, fences are to be four-foot tall, black aluminum, like the photo below. Puppy guard, or minor style changes can be considered, however a flat top is the standard. Gates need to be at least thirty-six inches to allow landscapers access. Fences must be installed along the property lines, except where not possible due to unusual yard elevations. Tying into a neighbor’s fence needs to be coordinated between the neighbors. Fences should not be more forward than half the distance front to back of the house. Most home are one third the distance from the rear of the house.
