Patriot Bluffs Covenants

Here’s a copy of the covenants that everyone received when closing on their homes. Please review the “Architectural Control Section IX” starting on page 16. The HOA will be working to correct any violations soon. Common topics include parking, yard maintenance, and trash receptacle locations.
