I am the owner and operator of the Weather *I*nstrument *S*uite *S*ystem ( *ISS*), the website and the archived data. I will manage and handle all data access and maintenance issues. I hope that this service is useful and convenient to everyone who wishes to access it and use it.
All of the archived 15-minute observed data is also available for download. Anyone who wishes to access these data may contact me and I will advise them on how to access it.
